Dato' Sri Haji Amir, a Malaysian, was born in Wilayah Persekutuan, Labuan, co-founded the Company in 2008. He is the Chief Executive Officer.

He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Finance (Honours) from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, in 1993. Dato' Sri Haji Amir began his career as an Account Manager with Time Telecommunication. He later joined Siemens Malaysia and was appointed as Vice President, Utilities and Vice President, Special Project.

Dato' Sri Haji Amir is the Patron of Persatuan Anak Jati Labuan. He is also a board of director of Yayasan Pembangunan Pondok Malaysia and the Deputy Chairman of Koperasi Pembangunan Pondok Berhad.
